Gym Step is designed for training in a gym environment using machines, free weights, or a combination of both. This step focuses on structured strength sessions with clear movement patterns, appropriate loading, and intentional rest. Workouts are designed to help you use the gym effectively, without guessing or wandering between exercises.
You’ll apply the strength you’ve built in previous steps to a gym setting, learning how to train with confidence, efficiency, and consistency. The goal here is not to do more for the sake of it, but to train with purpose and progress over time.
