Step 2 — Building Capacity

Step 2 builds on the foundation you’ve established by increasing both volume and resistance. Workouts become more demanding, helping you develop greater strength, endurance, and overall capacity. Movements remain intentional and controlled, but you’ll be asked to sustain effort for longer periods and handle a higher workload.

This step is about expanding what your body can comfortably do. You’ll challenge yourself more while maintaining good form and pacing, learning how to manage fatigue instead of avoiding it. Strength and stamina start to work together here.
