Step 3 — Strength & Endurance
Step 3 is for people who are ready to handle more continuous, demanding training. This step combines strength and endurance into longer or more sustained sessions that challenge both your muscles and your ability to manage effort over time. Workouts require focus, pacing, and an understanding of when to push and when to recover.
At this stage, you’re no longer just building strength. You’re learning how to maintain good movement quality as fatigue builds. The goal of Step 3 is to feel capable handling harder work without losing control, structure, or confidence.
